Our Team

  • Tiffany Crabb, PA-C, Director

Tiffany has been a Physician Assistant since 2006 and is a graduate of the University of Washington MEDEX program with a Bachelor of Clinical Health Sciences. She is currently working in the field of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery since 2016 at a level 2 Trauma Center. Prior to her work with the trauma team, she did orthopedic surgery and emergency medicine. She started her career in medicine at the age of 15 working with the fire department and went on to become and EMT and then later a paramedic. She worked for several years as a paramedic before furthering her career as a Physician Assistant.

When Tiffany is not working in medicine, she is mom to two daughters. She is passionate about educating our community on Stop The Bleed, especially our school staff, because it keeps our communities and children safer if we train educators how to intervene in the event of an emergency.

  • Shelly Voigt, PA-C

My name is Shelly Voigt and I am a physician assistant in pulmonary and critical care medicine.

I began my career in 2000 as an EMT working on a private ambulance and eventually transitioned to working in the ER of a busy level II trauma center. I received my undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Health Science, and Physician Assistant degree from the University of Washington, received my Masters's degree from the University of Texas, and my doctorate from the University of Lynchburg, Virginia. Once a PA, I returned to the ER for several years before entering critical care medicine. I am the director of the APP critical care fellowship here in Pierce County, am an FCCS instructor, and occasionally teach and proctor PA students at the University of Washington. I sit on several provider and APP leadership boards within the VMFH system.

I am passionate about educating teachers and education support staff about how to "Stop the bleed" in traumatic events. Empowering and teaching people how to save lives has been an incredible experience and one I hope to continue to pursue, lifelong.
